C
Confidence
The unshakeable belief in your own capability, independent of external validation. Not arrogance - groundedness. When confidence is low, every other C operates in self-doubt mode.
C
Clarity
Clear vision of who you are, what you stand for, and where you're going. Without it, confidence has no direction - you may be confident, but in the wrong thing.
C
Certainty
The internal conviction that you're on the right path, even without external proof. Certainty is what allows action before complete information is available.
C
Character
Who you are when no one is watching. The integrity of actions when there's no audience. Character is what sustains influence when external credentials are removed.
C
Consistency
Showing up the same way across contexts and over time. Trust is built through predictability - people invest in those they can depend on.
C
Competency
Genuine mastery in your domain. Not surface proficiency - deep capability that produces results others cannot replicate easily.
Why the Interconnection Matters
These six C's are not independent skills you can develop in isolation. They form a system. Confidence without Character produces arrogance. Competency without Clarity produces deep expertise in the wrong direction. Consistency without Certainty produces mechanical routine without meaning. A deficit in any one creates drag across all the others - which is why personal power doesn't grow by adding one C at a time, but by strengthening the whole system.
